At Tile ProSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement project. If your tile or installation materials are not a perfect fit, you may return unused, full-carton items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific SKU details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Ensure all tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the RMA label to your shipment and send the materials back to our distribution center using your preferred insured carrier.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the items are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
